Counselling and Guidance
The Guidance and Counselling cell at Hindustan College of Arts & Science is dedicated to providing comprehensive and holistic support to students pursuing arts and science programs. This policy outlines the objectives, principles, and guidelines that govern the counseling and guidance services offered by the college. This policy serves as a foundation for delivering quality counseling and guidance services that contribute to their overall success and well-being. Availability of counseling services at HCAS will be published through posters on campus and through the college website
Objectives of the Counseling and Guidance Cell

The College has a very active Unit of NCC/ NSS / YRC / RRC & ROTARACT. The NSS consists of Two Units, the aim is to develop character, comradeship, discipline, leadership, secular outlook and the capacity to identify and study community problems, to plan and carry out welfare projects as a team.
The College is a proud member of Toastmasters International, which is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Fueling confidence, honing orators, and unleashing leaders is the prime aim of the HCAS Toastmasters club. It paves the path to eloquence, nurturing future leaders and skilled public speakers.

- Develop among themselves a sense of social and civic responsibility

- Mental Health Support: Offering support for mental health concerns through counseling and referrals to professional services.
- Workshops and Seminars: Conducting workshops on topics like stress management, communication skills, and self-care.
