Entrepreneurship Developmet Cell
The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) is established to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among students. The cell aims to inspire, educate, and support aspiring entrepreneurs by providing them with the necessary resources, mentorship, and opportunities. Through workshops, startup boot camps, guest lectures, and industry collaborations, EDC nurtures creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and the entrepreneurial mindset required to turn ideas into viable business ventures.
- The EDC is professionally accomplished by a perfect blend of faculty and students.
- The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (ED Cell) has started with the objective of promoting specialized knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship development, innovation, and creative ideas.
- Entrepreneurship Development Cell provides a platform for the budding entrepreneurs to learn about entrepreneurship and enhance their skills and it helps students to share their ideas and grow their ideas into a successful venture.
- In view of the worldwide shortage of jobs (both government and private sectors) and lack of proper utilization of human resources; the ED Cell strives to identify talented youth and motivate them to entrepreneurial and innovation work.
The College has a very active Unit of NCC/ NSS / YRC / RRC & ROTARACT. The NSS consists of Two Units, the aim is to develop character, comradeship, discipline, leadership, secular outlook and the capacity to identify and study community problems, to plan and carry out welfare projects as a team.
The College is a proud member of Toastmasters International, which is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Fueling confidence, honing orators, and unleashing leaders is the prime aim of the HCAS Toastmasters club. It paves the path to eloquence, nurturing future leaders and skilled public speakers.
