An industrial visit was organized for the III B.Com (Accounting & Finance) students to Diamond Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Puduppakam on 23rd July 2025 as part of their academic enrichment and industry exposure activities.
The primary objective of the visit was to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical industrial applications. During the visit, students were warmly welcomed by the company officials and given an overview of the organization, its core activities, and its role in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
The students observed various production processes, gaining firsthand exposure to machining operations, fabrication techniques, and quality control measures followed in the industry. They were explained the functioning of different machines, workflow management, safety practices, and the importance of precision and efficiency in manufacturing operations.

The main objective of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to the real-time industrial work environment and to help them understand how organizational activities are carried out beyond the classroom. The students were introduced to the nature of the industry and its operational framework.
