The Department of Management organized a Career Counselling Session on 16 July 2025 with the objective of guiding students towards professional career opportunities in management and accounting. The session was conducted by Mr. A. K. Ramesh, Faculty, SIRC. The resource person provided detailed insights into the Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) course, explaining its structure, eligibility criteria, examination pattern, and duration. He highlighted the career pathways, scope, and employment opportunities available to CMA professionals in various sectors such as corporate management, finance, costing, auditing, and consultancy. Mr. A. K. Ramesh also shared practical guidance on preparation strategies, skill requirements, and the importance of professional certification in today’s competitive job market. The session helped students understand how CMA qualifications enhance career growth, professional credibility, and global opportunities.
