The School of Business Studies, Hindustan College of Arts & Science, successfully organized a guest lecture on “Career Opportunities in Securities Market and Role of NISM” on 18th December 2025 at 1:30 PM in the E-Block Smart Room. The session was delivered by Mr. Subhayu Das, Assistant General Manager, National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM). The program aimed to create awareness among students about the diverse career opportunities available in the securities market and to highlight the role of NISM in developing skilled professionals for the financial sector. During the session, the resource person elaborated on the structure of the securities market, various career pathways such as capital markets, compliance, research, and financial advisory services. He also emphasized the importance of NISM certification courses, skill development, and regulatory knowledge for building a successful career in the financial services industry.
