The Department organized a Guest Lecture on “Implications of Artificial Intelligence in Accounting” on 7th August 2025 to create awareness on the technological shift in the finance domain. Dr. R. Nadanasabai, Associate Professor & Placement Officer, St. Joseph’s College of Engineering, shared valuable insights on AI-based automation in auditing, fraud detection, financial reporting, and predictive analytics. A total of 175 students participated, exploring future career opportunities and the importance of digital skills and ethical practices in AI-powered finance.
