The Department organized an educational and cultural field trip titled “Gramathil Oru Naal” to Irumbali Village for the Final Year B.Com. General students on 12th September, 2025. The visit offered students an experience of rural life, traditional practices, and the rich cultural heritage of Tamil Nadu. Students enthusiastically participated in interactive and heritage-based activities such as Kollattam, Uri Adi, Valuku Maram, Kabbadi, Balancing Walk, Pump-Set Bathing, Agricultural Exposure, and Pot Making, blending fun with meaningful learning. The trip created an engaging space for physical activity, cultural appreciation, experiential learning, and team bonding while promoting awareness of rural livelihoods and traditions.
