The Department organized an engaging and insightful Guest Lecture on “Web3 for Everyone: Exploring Opportunities Beyond Tech” on 26th June 2025. The session was delivered by Mr. Lalith Krishnan H, Director – Growth and Partnerships, Digital South Trust, who served as the resource person for the event. During the lecture, he provided an in-depth understanding of Web3 technology, blockchain fundamentals, and the rapid rise of cryptocurrency in the global financial ecosystem. A total of 66 final-year B.Com. (General) students actively participated and gained valuable insights into how Web3 is transforming not only the technology sector but also business, finance, supply chain, digital identity management, and entrepreneurship.
