As part of the Student Induction Programme (SIP), the Department organized two impactful Career Guidance Sessions titled “Career Compass – Navigating Your Future in Commerce” and “Unlock Your Potentials: Career Paths in Commerce” on 8th July 2025. The sessions were arranged to help 134 first-year B.Com. students understand the professional landscape, explore career pathways, and prepare for future opportunities. The first session was led by Mr. M. Suresh Kumar, Associate Director, Mind Sprint Digital India Pvt. Ltd., a reputed organization in Digital Finance and Corporate Consulting. He highlighted the importance of becoming future-ready by gaining practical knowledge, digital skills, and professional certifications. The second session was conducted by Mr. Ellaparaj, Branch Manager, Srinivasa Academy (SA 3D Solutions Group of Companies). He emphasized the wide spectrum of career possibilities in commerce including accountancy, banking, auditing, taxation, business analytics, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, financial modelling, and fintech solutions.
