The Training and Placement Cell of Hindustan College of Arts and Science (HCAS) has consistently worked towards enhancing the employability, professional readiness, and overall career development of students through a series of impactful initiatives, collaborations, and campus recruitment drives. The academic year began with the Mega Job Fair 2024, held on 31st August 2024, which brought together 50 leading companies from diverse industries. The event recorded the participation of 118 students, out of which 30 students were shortlisted and received offer letters. The fair was inaugurated by Mr. Jambunathan Elango, Vice President of Indo-Asean-Sri Lanka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and concluded with a valedictory session by Mr. Johnson W., Lead, Talent Acquisition at Sutherland Global Solutions.
