HINDUSTAN OUTREACH PROGRAMME FOR PEOPLE EMPOWERMENT
HOPE- is the the outreach wing of HCAS to create opportunities for students and staff members to work towards the words of Founder Chairman “To make Everyman a Success and No Man a Failure.
VISION
- HOPE aims to bring transformational change in students to be social responsible and learn to contribute productively towards community development through experiential learning.
MISSION
- To educate students on social ethical responsibility towards community development
- Selecting the themes, resource mobilization, and sustainable best practices to be conducted in the community
- To bring productive student engagement and holistic development and enrich the knowledge of students about the community which they are part of.
OBJECTIVES

- To engage the students towards understanding realities in community
- To make students understand the latest technologies in every fields and how to apply for people needs
- To learn from the people’s experience and understand how they can be helped
- To make students empathetic human being
THEME FOR 2025-2026
“SDG-Aligned Outreach Projects for Local Panchayat Engagement”
The localization of the SDG approach is a vital activity for the college students. It helps student to address the issues faced by the communities and also develop crucial skills like community engagement, leadership, critical thinking and empathy valuable for both professional and civic life. It foster collaboration between students, educational institute an the local community, sense of ownership, leadership and build the culture of shared responsibility for sustainable development.
LSDG consist of 9 themes like Poverty-Free and Enhanced Livelihoods, healthy panchayat, child friendly panchayat, water sufficient panchayat, Clean and green panchayat, self sufficient infrastructure in panchayat , Socially Just and Socially Secured Panchayat, Panchayat with Good Governance and Women-Friendly Panchayat. Each department were allotted one panchayat and they conducted the activities in the village in collaboration with NGOS and Panchayat office,
THEME FOR 2024-2025 - TRANSFORMING COMMUNITIES THROUGH STRATEGIES BASED ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
Each School were allotted one SDG goal and each department under the school implemented several community benefiting programmes in villages and schools.
