Onam Celebrations conducted in HCAS

The students and staff of Hindustan College of Arts and Science today celebrated Onam festival an important Kerala function held in Newton Hall of the college.  Onam falls on 11^th September and students had today to celebrate this event on campus

Speaking on the occasion the Director Dr. Susan Marthandan said she is happy to be here to participate in this program and HCAS does not see caste creed or religion in students.  Dr. VJ Philip Deputy Director Academics said the significance of this festival and how it unites all.  The Vice principal Mr. Samuel Sampath Kumar recollected his experience he had in the past on this festival held few years ago to staff and students Rev Joby Verghese College Chaplin said this is important festival of South India linking students.
