The Career Guidance Cell was established at Hindustan College of Arts & Science to provide comprehensive career guidance and support to our students pursuing arts and science programs. This policy outlines the objectives, functions, and guidelines for the effective operation of the Career Guidance Cell.

The Career Guidance Cell will offer the following services to students:

Skill Development: Organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance students' employability skills.
Internship and Job Placement: Assisting students in finding suitable internships and job placements through tie-ups with companies and organizations
Information Dissemination: Providing information on various career options, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities.
Alumni Interaction: Organizing interactions with alumni to share their career experiences and insights.
Confidentiality
All information shared during counseling sessions will be kept confidential, and counselors will adhere to strict ethical guidelines.
Collaboration
