International Conference on "Kaalangalai Kadakkum Tamil Kalaigal"

In accordance with an MOU with Thanjavur Tamil University, the Department of Languages at Hindustan College of Arts and Science, Padur, hosted an international conference on the subject of "Kaalangalai Kadakkum Tamil Kalaikal" on February 23, 2024. 

The morning session's chief guest was Thanjavur Tamil University's registrar, Dr. Elayapillai. In this session, nearly 112 papers were presented. The University of Peradeniya in Sri Lanka's Dr. MM Jayaseelan presided over the evening session.  HCAS Director Dr. Susan Verghese felicitated the occasion. The programme was a great success.
